Sandy H. Kee
28 years of Dallas commercial real estate experience

Sandy Kee has been involved in commercial real estate brokerage in the Dallas area for the past thirty-three years. Prior to forming Kee Commercial Realty in 1996, Mr. Kee was associated with three commercial brokerage firms: Mike Gravitt & Company (1983-1990), The Swearingen Company (1991-1993) and Darrow-Hildreth, Inc. (1994-1995).

At Mike Gravitt & Company, Sandy Kee was consistently one of the company's top producers, earning two sales achievement awards: Rookie of the Year in 1983 and Broker of the Year in 1984. In 1989, Mr. Kee had an outstanding year representing a number of companies in lease and purchase negotiations culminating in 323,000 square feet of industrial space and $15 million in sales volume. The success has continued at Kee Commercial Realty, with the year 2007 being one of the best years in his career. Over the years, Mr. Kee has negotiated over $250 million in real estate transactions.

During his tenure at The Swearingen Company, Sandy Kee gained valuable experience working with some of the best talent in the industry. The Swearingen Company is a large, full service real estate company involved in corporate real estate services on a local and national level.

Throughout his career, Mr. Kee has specialized in industrial and office/tech properties in the local market. It has been his experience that concentrating primarily on the local market rather than nationally, gives Mr. Kee an advantage in local market knowledge. Given this approach to the industry, Sandy Kee is able to provide valued clients with superior service and a high level of expertise.

Sandy Kee has had the privilege of representing a multitude of national and local companies in lease negotiations including: Viking Office Products, US Food Service, Inc., General Aluminum Corporation, Valspar Corporation, Sterling Electronics, Inc., USI Lighting, Inc. and Dayco Products, Inc. Mr. Kee has also assisted many companies with the purchase and sale of industrial buildings, site acquisitions and build-to-suite projects.

Sandy Kee maintains an excellent reputation and good working relationships in the industry. He is a member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR) and is pursuing a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. Sandy Kee is a Dallas native and a graduate of The University of North Texas where he received a B.B.A. degree with an emphasis in real estate and finance in 1980.
