Founded in 1996 by veteran real estate broker Sandy Kee, Kee Commercial Realty provides
commercial brokerage services on a local, regional and national level. These services
include tenant representation, selling and leasing of industrial properties, land
acquisitions and assistance with a build-to-suit facility and design-build to own.
Our primary focus is providing professional tenant representation to industrial, office and
office/technology space users seeking to relocate or expand operations, or renew an
existing lease.
